Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide delivery via DHL, FedEx and EMS, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm availability. All international shipments include prepaid customs documentation.
What are my shipping options?

Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx
Free Shipping (orders $50+): 15-25 business days via EMS

All orders process within 1-2 business days from our Chicago headquarters.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your package ships from 3809 Oakmound Drive, Chicago. For international orders, allow 24 hours for tracking to activate. Need help? Email us with your order number.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Never! We prepay all customs documentation and guarantee no surprise fees. Our shipping partners handle all import paperwork for seamless global delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging. Initiate returns through your account portal or by emailing our team. Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds only. To get a different size or color, simply place a new order. With our fast 1-2 day processing, your replacement will ship quickly!
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service – we can’t issue refunds until the return reaches our Chicago facility.
