Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions) using premium carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. International customers may be responsible for additional duties or taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with all protective linings intact
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear (unless defective)
- Customized denim items
All other categories (tops, pants, shorts, shoes, and accessories) are eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Our Style Team: Email [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery
- Receive Authorization: Our Chicago-based team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions
- Prepare Your Package: Include the completed return form (sent with your order) and securely repackage items
- Ship Your Return: Send to our Chicago facility at 3809 Oakmound Drive, Chicago, US 60647 using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping Options
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect:
- Standard Return: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (recommended for faster processing)
- Economy Return: Use your preferred carrier (processing may take longer)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after approval
- Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchange Process
For size exchanges on eligible items:
- Follow standard return procedures
- Specify desired size/color in your return request

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
